At Three Oaks Bespoke Ltd, we take a proactive approach to construction management, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage:

  • Early Involvement & Design Stage – We collaborate from the outset, working closely with architects and engineers to align the budget with the design vision.
  • Procurement & Cost Control – We manage all procurement aspects, ensuring cost efficiency and quality. For each trade, we procure three competitive tenders, conduct a detailed analysis, and present the findings to the client for review before appointing subcontractors.
  • Contract & Margin Management – Our team oversees the overall margin of the build cost, ensuring financial transparency and control throughout the project.
  • Subcontractor Management – We manage subcontractors under JCT contracts, ensuring clear expectations and high standards of execution.
  • Specialist Design Collaboration – We engage specialist designers for key aspects such as lighting, interior design, and bespoke cabinetry to enhance the final build.
 
  • Conception
